1. How do I join the iPhoneAppQuotes.com
Network and start receiving phone verified
leads?
There is no fee to apply, simply
complete the easy 2 Step form on the Join
Network page. We do not charge your credit
card to join, it is only authorized to ensure
it is valid.
2. What is the cost?
Lead cost is determined by the budget range you
subscribe to, as follows. You may subscribe to
as many budget ranges as you would like.

3. Are the leads verified and validated?
Yes. We call and speak with every single lead
that is sent out. You will not be receiving
a lead if it has not been phone verified.
In the lead you'll get the contact info,
any comments they have submitted on the form
as well as the details of our conversation
which include their budget range, timeframe
to get started and high level details of
their project.
4. How many iPhone Developers receive
each lead and how are they distributed?
Each quote request goes out to ONLY 3 developers/companies.
Leads are sent out via email to each developer
at the same time using the BCC field, giving all an
equal opportunity to connect with the lead.
5. How is your service better than doing my own marketing
or Pay Per Click?
Because we validate and speak with every single
lead, we eliminate the need for developers and sales
people to waste their time speaking with leads who
don't understand the development process, don't have
the required budget or are not ready to move forward
within 30 days. We end up NOT sending out roughly 40%
of the leads we receive because they are not qualified.

6. What is a live transfer?
We offer an optional live transfer service
for an additional $10 on top of the base price
of the lead. Once we have verified the lead,
we'll call you directly, make an introduction
and bring you up to speed on the quote request,
then leave you to speak directly with the lead

7. Are there long term contracts? How
do I cancel?
There are no long term contracts to sign or
committments. We just require 24 hour notice
if you would like us to pause your lead flow.

8. What is your lead credit/return policy?
To be considered for a lead credit, returns must
be submitted via email to support at iphoneappquotes.com
within 48 hours of receiving the lead. We will
review your request within 7 days to determine
if the lead qualifies for a lead credit. If it
does, then you will be issued a credit and
a confirmation email will be sent. If it does
not qualify, you will receive an email with an
explanation for the decline. Lead credits are
in the form of an account credit and will not
be issued as a refund to your credit card. In
other words your next lead would be at no charge.
9. What are acceptable reasons for a
lead credit?
a. The contact information provided
in the lead request proves to be inaccurate.
(e.g. Wrong phone number, incorrect email address,
or false contact name, make it impossible to
contact customer)
b.
The lead request was placed by a company
in the same industry in effort to gain competitive
intelligence.
c.
The lead request is a duplicate
to another lead recently received. (Credit will
only be provided if the lead contains identical
contact information)
10. What are unacceptable reasons for
a lead credit?
a. Being unable to contact the
buyer is not a valid reason for a credit. We
speak to every buyer prior to sending the lead
so we know they can be reached. Often, a buyer
does not return messages after they select a
vendor, thus it is imperative that you be the
FIRST to contact the buyer.
b. We can't control how aggressive
your sales force is. There are developers who
request a lot of credits due to supposedly no
contact, but then he later found out his sales
rep wasn't making the calls. You must also try
via phone AND email. If you dont get a reply
via email, yet never try picking up the phone,
it is more likely that you won't contact the
lead. Bottom line, use phone and email multiple
times.
c. If the buyer says they have
received more than 3 quotes, then they have been
contacting additional developers outside of our
Network. Remember that they found our website
through a search engine and we are just one of
many search results. iPhoneAppQuotes.com only
sends the lead to a maximum of 3 buyers.
d. The buyer has already selected
a vendor by the time you make contact.
e. Pricing constraints. iPhoneAppQuotes.com
cannot be held responsible for a vendor's pricing
structure. Meaning "My minimum project is
10K" and
the client only has 5K to spend.
f. Vendor does not retrieve
lead request in a timely fashion and does not
wish to be charged for lead. We are not responsible
for the time frame or frequency in which vendors
monitor and or follow-up with lead requests.
g. Buyer's strategy changes or project doesnt
get approved internally.
11. Can I pause my leads and not completely cancel
my account?
Yes, simply visit our contact page or
email us at support at iphoneappquotes.com and
let us know you would like to pause your account.
We will then stop sending you leads. You can
turn your account back on at any time by contacting
us.
